• Assuming you're talking about the Radeon RX 480, yes you'll be able to use it with that card, and it supports FreeSync. Whether or not it can push any game at 1080p 240fps depends on your CPU and the graphics settings in-game though.

• You can use it with any graphics card, you just might not get the full advantage of the 240hz with a 480 is all. Purely dependent on things like what game you are playing, what graphics settings you are using. This monitor was really made for people that play high FPS games (fortnite, overwatch).

• Yes you will be able to but you might not likely see the upper 100-200s consistently in fortnite if you run with anything more than the minimum settings. Id recommend a gtx 1060 for lower settings and a gtx1070 and up for higher settings
