So does this particular PC have a water cooled CPU or not? I am getting mixed messages. The specs say it has a water cooled CPU but in the Q&A there is a Dell tech saying it doesn't! Can someone clear this up for me please?

So on this one I got yes I can verify it has liquid cooled CPU. The tank is on the top part of the case with a good sized fan to push the heat straight up and out of the box.
