• Hello, everything comes installed to the tiniest screw. If you do order make sure to check that the ram locked in the ram slot. Mine kept crashing and after some researched it turned out the ram was not sitting properly. Crashed within a 1 minute of use every time it started up. Overall great computer, it was a gift for a good friend of mine
