Yes you can, That said depending on a few things. 1, 500 PSU is max on this machine. Depending on the graphic card you want to install you might need a bigger PSU (power supply unit) 2, Size of the graphic card you plan to use must fit inside. Some graphic cards are big boys and need more room. As a side note adding better fans will help keep the computer cooler.
