“I seen on a youtube video that this monitor cuts off the edges of the screen with the Xbox series X and PS5. So the picture doesn't fill up the whole screen. Would there be a way to fix that or is it just automatically set like that?”

Go into theatre mode in YouTube. So the picture fill up the whole screen.
