“If my car doesn’t already have a large screen for the radio and it has just a standard radio, will Best Buy provide the dash part to fit the new screen, or will I have to purchase from another place and provide that part when Best Buy does the install?”

Best Buy has a database of information that has all the parts needed for your specific car for the radio to be installed. There will be more parts than just a dash trim kit. There will be cables too, so expect $50-$100 in additional items needed at least.
