Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know about a 2003 Ford truck but mine is a 2007 Ford Explorer. I bought the stereo and back up camera and it fit perfectly. I love it. I think if you have a double din radio this should fit just fine. Since I don’t know for certain if you call or stop by a Best Buy they can tell you for certain. This is a really nice stereo and a great set up. I highly recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not believe a 2003 F150 came with a Back up cam. All this deck will do is connect to an existing back up cam. I am not a fan of aftermarket back up cams. Go to Crutchfield and search by vehicle for fit by vehicle.
