QuestionIm pairing with a M1 MacBook Air. The problem is that it will pair up for a second, then lose the connection. Or get a Bluetooth connection but won't be recognized as a Sound output device. What should I try?

- Answer Your device may be different but in my iPhone, I go into the Bluetooth settings, choose my device, then choose the type of device it is. Won’t work unless I’m connected to the speaker though.

- Answer If you have the controller to your tv, then I don’t see why not. But the speaker isn’t that great for surround sound but if that’s all you have to work with, then if your tv can hook up to Bluetooth devices then I don’t see why not

- Answer Make sure your Bluetooth is on your phone or stereo and then cut the speaker box on and it might help if you put it close to what your connecting till it connects. We did not have any problem with connecting the device.

- Answer I Bought two one for my son and one for my daughter and they love it. The sound is louder than my iPhone 12 max. Maybe you need to take yours back it might be defective.

- Answer I've had good luck on initial pairing out to about 25 feet. As long as there isn't much metal or similar structure in between your phone and this BT speaker, it should pair fairly easy. Most phone BT and BT products, are rated at 33-35 feet max distance and can vary a bit from the surroundings. Not every phone will have the same range for BT though.
