Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine came with a cable. It was underneath the little platform holding the speaker. You might have to aggressively manage the platform to get into the bottom. This is only the cable, so you would need to plug into a computer to charge the speaker. Or you would have to have use a USB wall charger to plug the cable into it to charge the speaker standalone. The charge port is a standard mirco USB port. You can use any USB-A to micro USB cable. USB-A is the rectangular part you would plug into your computer or USB wall charger. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you take off the clear lid and take out the speaker there is a lid over the bottom part of the packaging. It should be under there. If not you can use any micro USB cable to charge the speaker. If you don't have one contact Altec Lansing and customer service should send you one.
