Can this frame be used on a 5g network? null

The device needs to be connected to a WiFi network. I’ve tested on two college campuses and public networks also don’t work. A home router or a subnet work best.

Thanks for the note. No this is not a dual-band frame. This frame needs a 2.4G network to get WIFI. We do have 2 or 3 dual-band frames. Our AWS13F is one of them and it is the closest frame in size, OS, and setup to the frame you have listed. Go to www.aluratek.com to compare the two if you wish.
