“How do you attach the frame stand? The instructions say to "screw in" the frame stand. However there are no screws. It's simply one piece of plastic. We tried inserting the piece into the frame and it fits, but it does not lock in place. Any tips?”

It took me a while to figure it out. It’s like a key hole. You put the knob on the stand into the frame and turn it. Make sure you have a firm grip on the stand close to the frame. Then turn it slowly. It take some pressure to get it to turn. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having the same issue. You need to apply some force with constant pressure and it will eventually rotate. After you can rotate it once it will be easier to do again.
