Yes. Go into Settings > WIFI Settings and there should be a toggle button at the top right that you will slide to the left. This will disable WIFI on the frame. The frame does not need WIFI after the initial setup. The frame can still show photos that were sent earlier to the Internal Storage, and the frame can also show photos from a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive.
