Does this frame display time, date, and weather? null

It will show this on the Main Menu, and if you go into the Weather tab. It will not show these things in Slideshow mode or video mode.

Only if you go into the Weather app from the home page. This will show your photos in a small window and weather and date a time. In the slideshow mode the frame can show some descriptions like captions.
