A good number of users can bind to the frame. The first person to setup binds under MY DEVICES, and then all other users bind under BOUND or OTHER DEVICES. Additional users can also bind using their email. I'd say the frame can hold 8 or 9 additional users along with the Primary User. The frame has 32GB or RAM so it can likely hold roughly 4,000 photos or so depending on the size of the .jpg photos. Contact support@aluratek.com for more assistance.
