You can send photos to this frame using the phone app or via email. Some WIFI at assisted living facilities can be difficult due to a VPN or web authorization (the frame does not have a web browser). Contact us at [email protected] and I can send you tutorials on how this should work.

Connect frame to WIFI, then bind the Smart Frame app on your phone to the frame. This lets you create a personalized email for the frame. Once this is done you can input photos using the app or email. Contact [email protected] for more info.
