Videos can only be played in the video section and not in the slideshow. They can play in order in that section. For background music get a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive, add .mp3 or .wav audio files to the memory card. Insert into the frame. Now go into settings > Album Settings on the frame and make sure Background music is turned ON. The frame will play the audio files directly from the card while photos are showing.

Video should be in .avi or .mp4 format and scaled somewhat closely to the resolution of the frame. Music can be played in the background. Make sure background music is set to on in Settings > Album Settings. Then put some .mp3 or .wav files on a 32GB or smaller USB drive or SD card and insert into the frame. The frame can play the audio from the card, but audio files can be uploaded too. Contact [email protected] for more help.
