• Yes it does, the sound output is managed by your stereo, if all speakers dont play there is a good chance you have a stereo to speaker wiring fault.

• Yes, this unit is stereo. Be sure to check your car tap deck with an actual audio tape to see if the unit still plays in stereo. Then try the ABCT01F.
