“Device continuously flashing red and blue. As suggested, I tried to reset the transmitter with no luck many, many times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.”

Hello! I had the EXACT same problems with this device! I think it may be because the plug in jack size isn't the right size for most devices, like my TV! My suggestion? Return it. Sorry, that's the best I've got.
