“Can I plug a male aux cord into this to transmit it or does it only plug into female ports, I know I can get male to female adapters but just curious if I can go without it”

The only inlet on this unit is to plug the charging cord into (usb male to mini cord included for charging) . You would need to have a male to female adapter.
