“ok. just got this and hooked up 3 different speakers and i got a serious LAG from each one. The transmitter is only about 12ft away from speaker(s). Why, how do i fix this? If not i will just return it. Thanks.”

If your Bluetooth speakers are Dolby 5.1 or higher, this device is not suited for that. The transmission bitrate for this device is too slow to accommodate Dolby 5.1 or higher. Stereo 2-Channel Bluetooth speakers are appropriate.
