• Try going thru the audio settings on your TV, My Samsung would transmit audio from some sources but not others. Would not transmit new movies from Netflix, old ones were ok. I'm assuming your source is a TV. I hope this helps. Alurtek rep was quick to answer and helpful. Find number online.

• Base on the serial number you provided, it is our model# ABCD54F. Please check to make sure that OPT blue light is on to select optical input. If you are connecting to a TV, please also check that the sound output is set to PCM in your TV sound setting.
