Can you control the out put volume? null

Yes I think so. It has both (+) and (-) buttons on top the unit, I think these are for volume control. I use it for wireless headphones and they have their own buttons to control volume so I'm not positive, but I think that's what they are there for.

In transmit mode the headphone controls the volume.
