“Box is used only a little over a year. Went to hit mute and accidentally hit power. Now it will not power up at all. Tried unplugging it for several minutes, switching plugs, long-pressed buttons, pressed all at once, etc. Will this thing ever work again?”

• Did it? Mine quit recently.
