• Like most vendors, Best Buy can only take returns from 14 to 30 days after purchase. After that Aluratek does offer a 1-year Replacement Warranty. Please contact us at [email protected]. Attach proof of your purchase to the email and a description of the issues along with the model number. We will be glad to assist you.
