• No you cannot connect via usb This one is designed for the older generation without USB. You must have then RCA or 3.5 jack.

• When I bought mine it does not connect to my car to anything no I don't know what to do with it it doesn't work

• No, there is no provision for USB output to TV. The unit receives a BT signal from a BT transmitting source and only outputs to the hardwired 3.5mm output jack (or via RCA with the included adapter cable).
