• It can be used to connect any BT device to a amp. You cannot connect speakers directly to this device. The speakers would be connected to the amp.

• Your Samsung Smart TV is already Bluetooth capable. So if you want to connect bluetooth speakers wirelessly, you don't need this device. :) This device is used to convert another device to Bluetooth that is not already Bluetooth capable. Example; plug it in a stereo system to play music from your phone.
