• No. This is not a transmitter. This unit receives the Bluetooth signal from your smartphone or another Bluetooth-enabled device. You plug it into a powered desktop speaker through the minijack input and it sends the signal to be amplified by the speaker. Your device has to have Bluetooth for this to work.
