• Im pretty sure that as long as your car supports wired carplay, the adapter will work. If it doesnt work then you can always return it

• No. The best way to test for compatibility is to check the following: If the CarPlay or Android Auto icon on your car stereo does not show unless your iPhone or Android phone is plugged into the car -- directly via USB -- then the adapter will likely not work with your vehicle.
