Will this work on my 2013 Chrysler 300c hemi v8 null

The car needs to support wired Apple CarPlay to use the adapter. Wired CarPlay was not a supported feature for the 2013 Chrysler 300c unless you installed a aftermarket system with Apple CarPlay. If you did, then the adapter should able to make that wired CarPlay into wireless CarPlay.
