“How do you answer calls with this? The only icons that show when I get a call is an "X" to ignore the call or the red icon to decline the call. There is icon to answer the incoming call”

• Please note the Bp 5 Unity does not have Bluetooth phone capabilities so you are not able to answer a call with this model. Please refer to the Bip 5 version for this feature. Michael | Amazfit Support

• I have an amazfit bip 5 unity and it DOES have bluetooth call (with built in speaker and mic) and Alexa through the smae speaker and mic. mine is UK spec
