i contacted support to help and they said i have to call so they can contact the seller of the item, it’s been almost 24 hours and still no code! null

You may have gotten flagged. 
I bought 2 but was flagged when I wanted to buy again. So no code was given and the money was refunded.

Best Buy just has this dumb algorithm.

Mine gets emailed to me using my account I used to purchase the gift card but it always goes to spam so I have to look in my spam folder for it. It’s usually labeled as specialty eGC from Best Buy.

Sorry for the late response. I've noticed when trying to access the code from my cell phone browser, it would no longer work after a while. I pulled up the Best Buy site from my email after receiving the ready to redeem, and it opens up just fine. Inconvenient yes, that you have to use a laptop, computer or comparable instead of directly from your phone but problem easily fixed this way. Hope this helps. Have a blessed day.
