“What is the OS for this TV? I've been unable to watch streaming Peacock (it is downloaded but shows won't launch) and their site says "Peacock is supported on Fire TV with Fire OS 5 and above."”

• This is not an answer but a follow-up question. If this TV only has Fire OS, then would that be Fire OS 5? Or, you're saying that if I uninstall and redownload it should get the OS5? I don't have a clue how to uninstall and redownload the app. I did not install this (your Geek Squad did).
