QuestionMy OS will not update to the more current menu/UX layout. The software claims to be up-to-date, but the home screen looks like it did on my other devices years ago. Is this a defect of the TV or will it eventually update? It is a few weeks old.

Questionhas anyone else had problems with volume on this tv,when on my apps like Netflix and others, volume is fine but on regular tv,direct tv can hardly hear it???

- Answer I would think that it's the station broad casting not the TV my Samsung TVs and Fire TV both do this so I don't think it's the TV it's the Station broad casting

Questioncan you tell me if this tv supports IPV6. I will be using a t-mobile hotspot to run this tv. T-mobile just switched hotspot from IPV4 to IPV6.

Here are the steps: 1. Use the main menu on your Fire TV to search for apps. You can also use your voice to search for specific apps. Just press the voice button on your Alexa Voice Remote or say what you would like out-loud. 2. Select the app you want to download. 3. Select Get or the shopping cart icon to start your download. - Answer Hello Danny! Yes YouTube AND YouTube TV are available as separate downloadable apps from the Appstore on this device. You can access it easiest by simply pressing the Alexa Voice button on your Alexa Voice Remote and say, "Open YouTube TV". It will take you to a screen to either download or update the app directly. - Answer Hello dummy5! For the best picture quality, you would want to use an HDMI cable from your DirecTV receiver. The coaxial cable coming from your dish would be attached to that receiver.
