“What does the manufacturer's warranty cover and how is it accessed? I have an extended warranty but I assume that I should use the manufacturer's warranty if it is in the first year from purchase. How does this work?”

If you purchased the extended warranty with your tablet from Bestbuy please take your tablet to the nearest Bestbuy store and they will be able to assist you.
