Does this have a clock built in? null

No clock. The Echo Dot 4th Generation has a clock.

Hi Jim, It does not have a visible clock, but you could set alarms, reminders and timers, as well as "ask Alexa what time it is" and she will tell you. Hope this information helps. If you are looking for one that displays the time all of the time, you would want an Echo Dot w/ Clock, or an Echo Show device. Have a great day.
