I am 15ft from my FireTV Cube connected to a Samsung SmartTV, I have to shout and I can"t hear Alexa from the Cube. Will an Echo Dot 3 be able to communicate with the FireTV Cube, in order to communicate with the TV? E.G. "Alexa, switch to HDMI3." null

I have a echo dot on my end table where I sit and it communicates with the Firetv cube with no problem.

I'm sure it will be able to communicate with the Fire Cube, since it's all the same Amazon stuff.. 

just have to set it up in your Alexa app once you start your set up.. they make it fairly easy, but sometimes it isn't as simple... just keep working it..
