“I just set up the echo plus and I have an echo dot so when I went to set the echo dot up it couldn’t connect help me please The echo plus is set up in the living room and the echo dot is for the bedroom”

If you have a hard time connecting press the solid dot button on the top of your alexa device and hold it down for 5 seconds. it should turn orange then prompt you with instruction to continue set up of your alexa device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reset your echo dot. You can Google the instructions. Once reset, plug it in in close proximity to your wifi router (temporary). In the Alexa App, tap on the 3 lines in the upper right corner. Select add a device, Amazon Echo. Follow the instructions. Once setup, unplug and plug it in at your desired location.
