Hello! The swiftest way to set the Echo Pop or any Echo Device is via the Amazon Alexa App. Download this App from your Google or Apple App Store. Sign into your designated Amazon Account. After you've signed in, select the "+" symbol or look for the ability to "Add a Device." Once you are in this screen, plug in the Echo Dot. Normally the Alexa App picks up the device and ask for your permissions to add. Otherwise, follow the prompts and install t manually. If it gives you any issue, hold down the power button and the volume down button until the light turns orange and try the setup again. I Hope this helps!
