Yes, it will stream out Bluetooth. This feature works very well. There are NO audio output jacks on the unit. There is a USB connection in the back but have not discovered what that is for.

The Echo Show 15 can connect to an entertainment system via Bluetooth, or if your entertainment system features Alexa Built-In you could even designate it as the preferred speakers for the Echo Show 15! If you need a physical connection, then I would suggest checking out the Echo 4th Gen which features a 3.5mm port that can be used as an Aux Out. You could even use the two devices together by setting the Echo 4th Gen as the preferred speaker for the Echo Show 15 to enable voice control of your music from more places.
