  • QuestionWhat is microusb port in back used for?

    Asked by Irishwabbit.

    • Answer Hello Irishwabbit, I understand you will like to know what the micro USB port in the back of your Echo Show 5 (2nd Gen) with Alexa is used for. The micro-USB port can be used with an micro-USB-to-Ethernet adapter to facilitate a wired network connection. Hope this has answered your concern, have a nice day.

  • QuestionDoes the echo show 5 have a built in hub? I thought it did but can't seem to get my hue light bulb set up with it? I don't have the hue hub.

    Asked by Brian.

    • Answer Hello, Brian! The Echo Show 5 does not have a built-in Zigbee hub. The Echo devices that do have a built-in Zigbee hub are the Echo Show 10, Echo Studio, Echo Plus, and Echo (3rd Gen). I hope this information helps. Have a wonderful day.
