• You can’t use all of Alexa’s features without WiFi or mobile data. Features like using an Alexa device as a Bluetooth speaker or setting reminders will work without the internet. Others, such as online shopping, music streaming, and news and weather updates, will require an internet connection. Went and did a search as well on the topic
