I'm not sure but I don't think so. The Amazon Fire 7 is an incredible bargain at $39.95 and I put 40 movies and 7 video lectures on a 64 GB micros SD card that cost about $5 and that's all I use it for. I'm designing a project to provide college lectures for free distribution to the incarcerated and the Amazon Fire 7 would be great for that except that it comes with WiFi and a camera, which most facilities prohibit. If you are familiar with such devices do you know of any cheap tablet that's the equivalent of the Amazon Fire 7 and which DOES NOT have WiFi or a camera attached to them?
