Q: QuestionI currently have a Kindle Fire but for some reason it won’t turn on. I am thinking of replacing it but was wondering if a new one will pick up the books & pictures I have stored on it.

• A:Answer Yes, all your content will show up on the new one as long as you use your same amazon login information. As for the pictures, if you saved them not an SD card they will be on there. If you saved them using Amazon’s service they will show up on new device.

• A:Answer I put my 4yo (at the time of purchase) in a thick tablet case to eliminate finding out! But my tablet only has a protective screen on it. It has been dropped inside the home on wood floors...did not break. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hello TomD3, you want to know if the Amazon Fire 7 Tablet (7" display, 16 GB) is back lit, to be able to use outside for boat navigation app. The Amazon Fire 7 Tablet (7" display, 16 GB) is not back lit, and will have glare when use outside, you are able to purchase a matte/non-glare screen protector that will allow you to use it outside with no glare. • A:Answer Hi Sally, Make sure that your environment isn't too hot or too cold (tablets are sensitive to extreme temperatures). -Disconnect your device from charging equipment, such as the power adapter and cable. If you're using a wireless charging dock or mat, remove the tablet. -Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds or until your device restarts. -Reconnect your device to charge; plug in the cable to the power adapter and your device, then plug the adapter into an outlet. Your Fire tablet indicator light turns orange while charging. If your tablet still isn't charging, you may be eligible for a warranty replacement.
