• As long as the new Kindle has enough storage room, all your music and book data should transfer as long as you register the new device as the same Amazon user.

• Yes, you can. After you register this tablet with Amazon, you can download anything you have already purchased. Just be sure to use the same account that you already have. Do not create a new Amazon account.
