• More than capable. Was able to watch YouTube and load web pages pretty quickly on a rather weak WiFi signal

• I find the included Silk browser fairly decent for light to moderate internet browsing.

• You need a Wi-Fi connection for internet on the Kindle Fire. Also once you have your Wi-Fi set up on the Kindle, then you can use the Silk web feature that is from Amazon for your internet web browsing. Good luck.

• What do you mean by that? You need a Wi-Fi connection in order to see the internet capabilities on there. Also you can use Silk, which is a browser that is by Amazon that you can use to connect to the web through your Kindle Fire.
