Yes it will come from a bestbuy warehouse unless otherwise noted during the checkout process. (usually anything from "Marketplace" is shipped 3rd party)

Shipping should be available soon, I think.

I'm in Chicago area and it's showing as "shipping available" for me. There was a period of about two weeks that it wasn't shipping here. I think that was because it couldn't arrive in time for year-end holidays.
