yes to both, you can store music and videos, as far as cloud goes, amazon has its own cloud for music, you store up to 250 songs. but no video. you can stream the music from amazon music

Yes, you definitely can, but you will want to order a 128GB to 256GB micro SD card from Best Buy (lots of counterfeit cards on Ebay, esp. Samsung that will lose data right after being written to card!!!). Just put a 128GB Sandisk (or PNY) card in mine.
