As long as you can access your Banks website through the Amazon web browser called "Silk" than yes, you can do online banking. Remember the tablet will not download apps from google or the App Store, but it does have the web browser mentioned above which should work just fine.

Select Games & Apps or open the Apps or Games app. 2. Select an app from your Library to download it or search for a new app in the Store. So, select your billing or banking apps needed and then follow the steps/ fill out the needed info. and the tablet can save the info and you can go in as needed and do your billing through the apps..
