    • Answer Hello Bluey, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids tablet does have a browser built in to access the internet. Since this is the Kids version, you must go into the Parental Dashboard and allow for the child to have access to the browser. The same goes for downloading games, you have to use the Parental Dashboard to choose which games you allow the child to download. Have a great day!

    • Answer Hello Etta, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the Fire HD 8 kids tablet is not waterproof. Do not use your kids Fire tablet or its accessories in rain, or near sinks or other wet or highly humid locations. Take care not to spill any food or liquid on your Fire tablet or its accessories. If your device does get wet, unplug all cables, turn off the device (press the power button until the menu pops up, then select "shut down"). Wait for the device to dry completely before pressing the Power button to wake again. Do not attempt to dry your Fire tablet or its accessories with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or hair dryer. Hope this helps have a nice day!
