• Sounds like you need to flush your Fire TV cache to start fresh. You can call Amazon Customer Support at 1 888 280-4331. ask for the Fire TV Cube techs, and they will walk you through it and not leave you until the problem is resolved. • Haven't seen this problem with mine. Suggest you make sure your internet strength is good where the box is placed. A reboot (unplug and then plug back in) always may help.
